Communications
The
aims of this group are to
- To promote effective internal communication
- To provide general transparency of parish activities to all parishioners
- To welcome new parishioners to St Josephs
- To provide external communications
- To promote the road stewards as a link to the local catholic community for assistance, advice or just to stay in touch
In order to do this we undertake the following activities
- Publish minutes of parish meetings and news of parish events
- Support the production of the newsletter, weekly and external announcements
- Publish and Maintain Parish Directory & other publications
- Provide and maintain feedback channels between parish, PPC, and parish team
- Support the development and maintenance of the parish web site
In
a parish of this size and activity there is a great deal to
be done to effectively communicate everything that goes on to
the parishioners as well as maintaining our links with other
organisations in Epsom, the diocese or indeed the world! If
you are interested in helping then please contact the Parish
Group Coordinator, the Parish Office or any member of your Parish
Pastoral Council.
