The screen at night
The empty cross - symbolising Christ's resurrection is the most prominent feature of the screen. In fact the screen is scarcely visible at night.
It is the symbol of resurrection which dominates the scene.
This picture was taken on Maundy Thursday 2001 - the first celebration in the new church.
