I/we will do my/our best to ensure that he/she takes part fully in all the activities, and I/we promise to attend the Parents' meetings and the Celebration Masses. I understand that failure to attend all the meetings and the Celebration Masses may result in my child's First Reconciliation and First Communion being delayed.

There is an enrolment fee of £20.00 for the programmes (cheques payable to 'St Joseph's Church'). Please contact Fr Bill if this is a problem. This goes towards the cost of books, certificates and other materials involved.

May we ask you to return this cheque, together with a passport size photograph of your child and your application form to The Parish Office as soon as possible.
